Treatments can include shot blasting, pickling, passivation, or applying protective coatings to improve corrosion resistance and ensure a smooth, clean surface finish.

Quality Control: Throughout the manufacturing process, rigorous quality control measures are implemented to ensure that the heads meet the required standards and specifications. This includes dimensional inspections, non-destructive testing (NDT) methods such as ultrasonic testing or radiographic examination, and visual inspections.

Final Inspection and Delivery: Once the heads have passed all quality checks, a final inspection is conducted to verify compliance with customer requirements and industry standards. The heads are then carefully packaged for transport and delivered to the customer.
