A633--low alloy structural steel
1. A633 high-strength low-alloy structural steel is an American standard steel plate, which is a normalized high-strength steel, A633 steel plate is very suitable for welding, riveting or bolting. There are four grades: A, C, D and E. Namely: A633GrA, A633GrC, A633GrD, A633GrE.
2. A633 steel plate implementation standard: ASTM/A633M
3. Delivery status of A633 steel plate:
a. A633 steel plate should be normalized, and the steel plate should be heated to a suitable temperature that can produce austenite structure but not exceeding 925 degrees, and kept at this temperature for a period of time, so that the whole A633 steel plate can be heated evenly, and then allowed to cool in the air.
b. E-grade A633 steel plates with a thickness greater than 75mm should be normalized twice.
4. A633 steel plate manufacturing method: ASTM A633 smelting process-steel should meet the fine austenite grain size requirements of A6/A6M standard.
5. Application prospect of A633 steel plate
A633 steel plate is used for manufacturing houses, general construction and various engineering machinery, such as drilling rigs, electric shovels, electric wheel dump trucks, mining vehicles, excavators, loaders, bulldozers, various mechanical equipment such as cranes, coal mine hydraulic supports and other structural parts.
