Process: Rolling, casting
The boiler central cylinder is generally divided into two types according to the manufacturing method, one is made of heat-resistant stainless steel coils, the other is made of rare metal materials such as high chromium nickel, and the thickness of rolled steel plates is generally 8-12mm.
The central cylinder of the boiler is actually a device to move the flue gas in the boiler and provide a place for the flue gas to flow. Its structure is relatively simple, which is a hollow cylindrical barrel. Although its structure is relatively simple, its role cannot be underestimated. It can play a guiding role in the fluidization boiler equipment, making the rising air flow move along the cylinder and then upward, and then the suspended particles fall between the inner and outer cylinders. The central cylinder is used to isolate these two areas, so as to prevent the fluidization state from being affected due to the expansion of the air flow diameter and the drop of the velocity of the rising air flow. It plays a greater role and value in the whole heating process.
At present, the application scope of boiler central cylinder is relatively common in small and medium-sized boiler equipment. Its advantages are low price and not easy to deform.
