Heavy Duty Slag Pot

Heavy Duty Slag Pot is widely used in steel and casting industry. It is a kind of container that takes up steel slag. The slag pot can be divided into three parts, slag body, trunnion and turning mechanism.

Materials: Carbon steel, Alloy steel Supplying range: Shafts, Sleeves, Rings, Cylinders, Blocks, Modules etc.
Process: Forging/Casting – Normalizing & Tempering – Proof Machining- Quenching & Tempering – Finish Machining.

Usually, the slag body is made in cast steel, Steel 25, the trunnion and turning mechanism are made in forged steel. We can also supply the slag pot by whole casting according to the customer request.

Processing advantage

1. The spiral blade produced by the continuous cold rolling method overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional spiral blade production process, such as poor precision, difficult forming and high consumption of materials, and low production efficiency.

2. After the blade is formed, the surface is smooth and the dimensional accuracy and surface hardness are high.

3. Provide continuous integral blades according to the helical length required by customers, with good rigidity, convenient and fast welding and assembly during use.
